Pitambar, is the name of such a noble and dare-devil person who touches the heights of fame in the field of stage acting on one hand and on the other hand he tries to keep the flag of humanity high up by helping the poor and depressed people. But this helping nature of Pitambar proves very costly to him. He has to control Janardhan who is the mafia don of the cosmopolitan city. Janardhan kills Kailash and puts the murder rap on Pitambar with the result Pitambar is sentenced for imprisonment - but he takes oath to level the score with Janardhan.

Afte 14 years when Pitambar is released from jail he takes the responsibility of Sapna - daughter of Kailash. But Pitambar is shocked when he comes to know about Sapna's romance with the grandson of Janardhan. Now Pitambar has to choose one - ether revenge or success of innocent love.

What ultimately decides to do in the climax will be soon shown on the silver screen in the film - "PITAMBAR".
